Fairly clean hotel, amazingly nice and super-friendly stuff, compact rooms.

The property was great and convenient with incredibly nice staff at the reception desk. Twin room I stayed at was airy with a balcony. The location was incredible in walking distance of almost all attractions.

Enjoyed how excellent value and simple the property was and its superbly friendly staff at the reception desk. The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to Center as well as the city centre of Madrid. Spent our evenings in nearby Inclan Brutal Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The hotel provides an efficient service. The king room is airy with the bedroom.

It has particularly good location very close to Main Square. It is very close to restaurants and pubs.

The hotel was in a magnificent location near to train station for what we wanted it for. The restaurant was located within 100 metres.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, which was a pleasant surprise. The facilities were also decent, with a TV that had a USB socket. The location of the hotel was great, with a metro station just 3 minutes away on foot. It was also conveniently close to restaurants, supermarkets, and famous landmarks. The 24-hour reception was definitely a plus, providing convenience and flexibility for guests.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. there were some extra charges for amenities like air conditioning and the TV remote control.

Make sure you stay in the king room with the view of the exterior. There is an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a writing table - that's always a plus.

Everything was fine, the parking was nearby, the room was budget. The location was favourable, only 5 minutes walk to a huge plaza. Plus it was very close to pubs and cafés. I really enjoyed the room with double bed, the bed was great. Pleasant staff of the hotel at the reception desk.

I would love to come back for short stay. The venue is simple, clean and the location is unbeatable and excellent right by all most known monuments, and centre. Rooms are well decorated with the bedroom, sunlight, a double bed, food is outstanding. Very pleasant hotel staff at the reception desk, everything was fine.

The value for money was great, considering the price. The rooms were clean and in better condition than expected, with neat bedsheets. The central location was a big plus, as everything was within a 15-minute walk. The staff was helpful and friendly, making the stay more enjoyable.

The walls were poorly soundproofed, and noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms could be heard. Some rooms had dirty walls that could use a fresh coat of paint.

Very goog position, few steps from historic center

Airy & spotless unit with a card which then has to be put in a slot before the lights work. Marvellous location close to main attractions and a tube station.

Efficient service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi.
